BBC have
confirmed the commission
of a 3x90 minute
series of Sherlock, to
be made by
Hartswood Films for
BBC1 in 2010. A pilot
episode, entitled
A Study in Pink,
was filmed earlier
this year, and stars
Benedict Cumberbatch
as Holmes, Martin
Freeman
as Dr Watson, and
Rupert Graves
as Lestrade. The series
is created and
co-written by Steven
